Wilmot Mountain ownership sought again in court

Steven and Jeanette Schwarzbach asked the judge Tuesday in Kenosha County Circuit Court to reconsider his dismissal of two lawsuits they filed in their quest to own the popular ski hill at 11931 Fox River Road. Schlaefer said he will examine the documents presented and issue a decision.
